Principle

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and only as far as it is necessary to operate this website.

This website is deliberately built to be data-frugal: it sets no cookies, embeds no external services and does not track your behaviour.

Server log data

When you visit this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data that our server records: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, status code and volume of data transferred, as well as details about your browser and operating system.

This data serves solely to deliver the website, to resolve faults and to fend off attacks. It is not merged with other data sources and is not used to build usage profiles. We keep it only as long as these purposes require.

No cookies, no tracking

We use no cookies, no analytics or statistics tools, no advertising networks and no social media plug-ins.

Fonts and other design elements are also delivered from our own server. Visiting this website therefore establishes no connection to third-party servers.

Getting in touch

If you write to us by email, we process the details you send in order to answer your enquiry. We keep this correspondence as long as handling it and any follow-up questions require, and we do not pass it on to third parties.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. The data therefore stays in Switzerland.

Disclosure to third parties and abroad

We do not pass personal data to third parties and do not transfer data abroad, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Your rights

Under the revFADP you have the right to information about the data processed about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You may also object to processing and request your data in a common format.

Please contact info@synatic.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

We may adapt this privacy policy if the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here is the one that applies.
